IMPORTANT: PLEASE NOTE YOU CANNOT ATTEND MENTORING WITH AMANDA C. RIVERA, LLC WITHOUT REVIEWING AND AGREEING TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS. PLEASE REVIEW AND NOTATE AT THE END OF THIS AGREEMENT.

I. INDEMNITY:
By taking on The Mentor, The Mentee is representing herself/himself as a competent, effective individual who is fully able to make their own personal and business decisions and choices, including decisions and choices The Mentee may make as a result of this program. The Mentee represents themselves or company as being able to operate fully, freely, and responsibly for all of the Mentee’s personal and business decisions and actions.
By conforming to this agreement, The Mentee is agreeing that any actions they or their company take as a result of The Mentor’s input, mentoring, speaking, training, or development are The Mentee’s actions and The Mentee’s actions alone. The Mentee alone is responsible completely and fully for the outcomes, results, and any liabilities that arise from taking those actions. The Mentee waives all claims of any type whatsoever that The Mentee may have against The Mentor arising out of or in connection with any claims or lawsuits against The Mentee or liabilities or damages of any sort incurred by The Mentee related to any actions The Mentee takes or decisions The Mentee makes as a result of The Mentor’s input, mentoring, speaking, digital products, training, books or development.

II. COPYRIGHT AND OWNERSHIP:
The Mentee understands that all material presented in the mentoring process is copyrighted or licensed by Amanda C. Rivera, LLC (The Mentor). The Mentee promises that any notes The Mentee takes or receives will be for The Mentee’s personal use only. The Mentee will not resell any of the mentoring distinctions and material without the prior written consent of The Mentor. Furthermore, The Mentee will not attempt to mentor/coach other individuals by using the principles and methodologies employed in the mentoring relationship without the prior written consent of The Mentor.

III. PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY:
When The Mentee seeks the private advice of The Mentor via any private bonuses, it will stay between The Mentee and The Mentor. The Mentor will not disclose personal information to others. All input provided to The Mentor in any private session(s) and via communications will remain private and confidential. Your privacy is 100% respected. The Mentor asks that all communication shared in the group container remain confidential as well, out of respect for the other participants.
The Mentor has the right and should she choose to share examples of progress as an uplifting story, testimonial, and inspiration to help others (in books, articles, lectures workshops, marketing, etc). All names, locations, and personal information will be void as to protect the person's privacy and they will not be recognized in the example, you will stay anonymous. If the Mentor shares a screenshot testimonial without censoring name/personal information — she will ask The Mentee for permission first.

IV. EXPIRATION DATE:
Your program expires dependent on your payment structure. If you selected the pay-in full option you will have 6-month access to the mastermind from the date of signing this contract. If you selected the monthly retainer option you will have 30 days of access from the date of signing this contract and your monthly payment. Your monthly access renews after each payment cycle and the terms of this agreement will renew with it. If you cancel your monthly retainer, your program access expires 30 days from the last monthly payment.

V. PAYMENT REFUND POLICY:
All Mentoring/Coaching Programs and sessions are a non-refundable investment. If for whatever reason it’s not a good fit for you, you can always transfer the remaining credit of your program to a friend/relative or apply it to any of my other digital courses, programs, private offerings, or done-for-you agency solutions.
Since this program is non-refundable, any PayPal, Stripe, or Third-Party Payment processor chargebacks and disputes are strictly prohibited and will not be honored. The Mentee understands that if they were to do a third-party payment processor chargeback or dispute without the written consent of the Mentor, it would result in immediate legal and monetary action directed toward The Mentee at the discretion of The Mentor.

VI. EARLY TERMINATION POLICY:
Pay in Full:
If at any time during the 6-month term, either party feels that a positive working relationship is no longer feasible, for any reason, either Party may immediately terminate this agreement. While there are no refunds, The Mentee can apply their remaining program credit to any offering at the Expansion With Amanda brand (including digital courses, private coaching, group programs, and done-for-you agency solutions). This credit expires 1-year from termination.

Monthly Retainer:
If at any time during the 6-month minimum term, either party feels that a positive working relationship is no longer feasible, for any reason, either Party may immediately terminate this agreement. If this agreement is terminated during the 6-month minimum term, The Mentee can apply their remaining program payments to any offering at the Expansion With Amanda brand (including digital courses, private coaching, group programs, and done-for-you agency solutions). The program credit expires 1-year from termination.
If The Mentee terminates services after the 6-month minimum a termination fee is waived as long as The Mentee gives a 14-day notice. If the notice is under 14 days, a ($500) Early Termination fee from The Mentee to The Mentor will be applied.

VII. PAYMENT SCHEDULE
Pay in Full:
Please pay the full payment amount at the time of signing this agreement and prior to starting the program. You must first sign this agreement and pay in full before you can start the program. You will not be able to start the program without first signing this agreement and paying in full. Amanda may increase the cost of the Mastermind after your 6-month term but will notify you 30 days before any price increase.
Monthly Retainer:
Please pay the first payment amount at the time of signing this agreement and prior to starting the program. You will not be able to start the program without first signing this agreement and paying for your first payment in full. Payment not received by its due date will result in an immediate pause of services until payment is paid.
Your card on file will automatically be charged on a monthly frequency subscription (ie. If you started your subscription on the 11th of the month your next subscription payment will be on the 11th a month later). If you need to update your card, please do so before the next billing cycle. Amanda may increase the cost of the monthly retainer after your 6-month term but will notify you 30 days before any price increase.

By paying for or accepting a mentoring session/program you agree that the messages, strategies, or advice you receive are not a substitute for treatment from a licensed medical, psychological, legal or financial professional. Amanda C. Rivera, LLC provides no guarantees, warranties, and is not responsible for any interpretations, decisions made or actions taken by clients or mentees.
